We build the one thing your operation keeps not getting to — the model, the pack, the spine — in seven days, free.

We are a firm in the United Arab Emirates that builds one bounded operating artifact at a time — a working build your team needs and has had no slack to ship. We find it and ship the first of it in 7 days, free, with nothing asked of you until the work is in your hands.

WHAT WE BUILD

Four builds. Each one is a thing your team needs and has no time to make.

Most operating leaders carry a short list of builds they never reach — the model the CEO is waiting on, the pack assembled by hand the night before the board meeting, the reporting spine that would end the reconciliation done by hand across four systems, the filing that should never be late. firmup builds that one thing. We do not audit your operation; we take the single build off your desk.

These are the four we are most often asked for. The seven-day diagnostic finds which one is yours, and ships the first of it — free, with the work yours to keep.

A unit-economics model
A driver-based model of what each product, site, cohort, or channel actually contributes — built on your own costs, so a go/no-go decision rests on a defensible number instead of an estimate.
A board reporting pack
One repeatable, board-grade pack on a single metric dictionary — the thing you assemble by hand the night before the meeting, chasing each site for its numbers. We build the pack and the pipe; you keep the authorship.
A data and reporting spine
The shared data layer beneath your reports — one source of truth where data is trapped today in four-to-six disconnected systems and reconciled by hand. We build the pipe; you keep the read of what the numbers mean.
A regulatory filing automation
One recurring, deadline-bound return — the VAT pack, the ESR filing, a periodic return — assembled today by hand under deadline pressure. We engineer the assembly so the filing is never late and never wrong; you own that it is correct and on time.

The boundedness is the point.

One artifact, free, nothing that follows unless you ask. The downside is bounded to a spreadsheet you already hate maintaining; the upside is your weekend back. The safety is structural — and we state it as our terms.

OUR TERMS

01No engagement follows the seven days unless you ask for it, in writing. The diagnostic is free, and it stays free.
02We agree mutual confidentiality terms before any data moves, and our read is read-only — we change nothing in your operation. The seven-day deliverable is yours to use and keep; anything we build after, under contract, is licensed to you in writing.
03Nothing is asked of you until the work is in your hands. You commit no time, no fee, and no decision until the seven-day build is delivered.

The seven-day diagnostic identifies and begins one build; it is not a guarantee of a specific business outcome. Engagement terms, including ownership and fees, are set in the engagement letter.

THE CONTRACT

If you want it finished, it continues on paper.

When the free week ends with a build worth finishing, we propose a short, bounded engagement to ship the rest — a fixed fee, a fixed period, the named artifact, and an end date. We do not bill hours. We do not extend on a quarterly drift. We re-contract if the scope changes; we never grow the fee quietly inside it.

The proposal is a short letter. It states what we will ship, by when, for how much. You sign or you decline.

THE CLIENT

The operating leader who owns the outcome and has no slack to build it.

We build for the chief operating officer, the group operations director, the operating leader at a UAE or GCC company who owns the outcome but has no spare week to make the artifact himself. The build is adjacent to his mandate, not a replacement for it — the model he keeps promising the CEO, the pack he assembles by hand, the spine his team has no time to wire. He keeps the read of the business; we take the grind.

We work in MENA because the work makes more sense done where the regulators, the weekend, and the operating context all align. Outside the region, we take on the rare engagement whose operating work is in the Gulf.

THE PRACTICE

Mohammad fronts every build.

The firm is small by design. Mohammad runs the diagnostic on every active file, signs every proposal, and remains the principal contact for the duration. A specialist team is dispatched per build — operators, engineers, analysts — under his direction. There is no account executive. There is no junior on the file you have not met.

The cadence is weekly. The artifacts are versioned. The dates are written down.
