START THE SEVEN DAYS

Confirm the build. Start the seven days.

Tell us which build brought you here and a little about it. We reply, in writing, within 5 business days to scope the seven days. The diagnostic is free, the artifact is yours to keep, and nothing follows unless you ask for it.

The seven days are bounded on purpose: one build, one week, one working artifact in your hands at the end of it. If the build is broader than that fits, we will say so and propose a narrower first slice in the reply.

OUR TERMS

01No engagement follows the seven days unless you ask for it, in writing. The diagnostic is free, and it stays free.
02We agree mutual confidentiality terms before any data moves, and our read is read-only — we change nothing in your operation. The seven-day deliverable is yours to use and keep; anything we build after, under contract, is licensed to you in writing.
03Nothing is asked of you until the work is in your hands. You commit no time, no fee, and no decision until the seven-day build is delivered.

The seven-day diagnostic identifies and begins one build; it is not a guarantee of a specific business outcome. Engagement terms, including ownership and fees, are set in the engagement letter.

Section 1 · The build

Pick the closest. If it is not on the list or you are still framing it, choose the last option and describe it below.

Section 2 · Who you are

The name that will appear on the engagement letter.

The role you hold inside the company. Chairperson, chief executive, head of function, board member, owner — whatever fits.

The entity that would sign the engagement letter, if it goes that far.

Optional. If the firm does not have a public site, leave blank.

A work address we can reply to. Personal addresses are accepted; we will note it.

Optional. We use it only if email correspondence stalls.

Section 3 · The company (optional)

Optional. Pick the closest if it helps frame the build.

Optional. A range is enough; the firm rarely calibrates by headcount.

Optional. Where the company actually operates — not the address on the trade licence.

Section 4 · The build, in your words

A few sentences on the build you picked above — what it is, what it would change, and anything that makes yours specific. If you chose “not sure yet”, describe the thing your team keeps not getting to and we will help frame it.

1–3 sentences is enough. Specificity helps.

Section 5 · Why now

One paragraph. What changed, what is the deadline if there is one, and what you would want true on the other side of 7 days with us.

Section 6 · Documents (optional)

Anything you would want us to read before the conversation. Decks, board papers, plans, P&L summaries, org charts, strategy documents. We treat everything received as confidential.

Up to 50MB total. PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX.

We hold every application in confidence. Documents are stored encrypted, accessible only to the principal and the small team that reads the file. We do not share the application with third parties, and we destroy uploads on request.

We take few files on purpose. We reply, in writing, within 5 business days to scope the seven days — and nothing follows unless you ask for it.
